TSTAR Computers, Inc. provides service for desktop and laptop repairs by A+ Certified Technicians. Whether you need Compaq support, HP support, Dell support, IBM support, Gateway support, Sony support, or repair services on any IBM Compatible computer, we can solve all your computer problems. TSTAR provides diagnostics on your PC to let you know if the problems you are having are hardware or software, and will give you an estimate before the work is done on your computer. The Diagnostic Fee is $25.00, unless TSTAR Computers repairs your computer, then the fee is waived.

Virus and Spyware Removal
Viruses are really just simple programs that can, at the very least, be a major annoyance, and in many cases, destroy personal data or critical system files on your computer. Without the proper protection, every time you check e-mail or even just connect to your ISP, you run the risk of contracting a computer virus. If you don't have the appropriate software on your computer when these viruses are contracted, it becomes very difficult to correct the problem. Spyware is a computer program which can be installed on personal computers (usually without the permission from the owner) and has the purpose of collecting information and sending it back to another source - usually an Internet marketing or pornographic website. As you surf the Internet, spyware collects on your system and starts to waste memory and valuable processor time, slowing your computer to a crawl.

Operating System and Software Installation
TSTAR Computers can load Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, etc. on your computer. Install your device drivers, and download all security updates from Microsoft. We also can install any software that you provide or purchase, and make sure it is working properly.
-- Operating System Install ranges between $50-100.00
-- Software Install is free during any other repair and $10 if no other work is performed.

On–Site Computer Repair, Training, and Networking
TSTAR Computers provides complete repair service to your home. We can install your new broadband Internet service (Cable or DSL), share it with other computers in your home if necessary, install your new computer, and provide training all in the same visit. Just make an appointment, tell us what you need and we'll do the rest!

Sometimes adding new parts to an older computer is an effective way to save money vs. purchasing a new computer.
